Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef (or a mixture of beef and pork)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Mix the ingredients together with your hands until well combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1-2 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned on the outside.
Remove the meatballs from the oven and set aside.
Enjoy your homemade meatballs!
