Ingredients:

8 oz (225g) noodles (such as udon, soba, or egg noodles)
1/2 lb (225g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oyster sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
1/2 cup sliced onions
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup sliced cabbage
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed, and then add the sliced bell peppers, onions, carrots, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the vegetables and toss to combine.
Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles and vegetables are coated in the sauce.
Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Note: You can also customize this recipe by adding other vegetables or ingredients such as bean sprouts, mushrooms, or cilantro, to suit your taste preferences.
