Ingredients:

8 oz (225g) spaghetti
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
Add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring it to a simmer. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the cream sauce and stir until it's melted and well combined.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the cream sauce. Toss to coat the pasta in the sauce.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy your creamy spaghetti!

Note: You can adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more or less cream, depending on your preference. If you like a thinner sauce, add a little more cream. If you prefer a thicker sauce, use less cream.
